We are currently offering 40+ Product SKUs in 7 different Categories with Excellence in product and service: Apparels (Cotton), Sportswear, Phone Case, Wall Art, Home and Living, Stationary and Carrier.



How does Artemis work?

 

Everything on the Artemis is printed just for you, after you confirm the order. Hence, a lot of thoughts goes into the way each item is made and shipped. A national network of own production team to 3rd-party manufacturers and shipping services work tirelessly to get your order from the site to your door.

So, you do not have ready products?

 

Absolutely right. We print only after confirmation of the order. Hence, we do not have any ready product to be sold to you directly.

 

However, to ensure that you do not need to wait long after you order, we have our blank printables (on the item something will be printed) ready in stock. We print on them after you confirm your order, as selected and mentioned.


 

How long do you take to deliver?

 

We take immense pleasure to claim that - We are the FASTEST Print-on-Demand service provider in Bangladesh and may be in the whole world.
 

For regular orders, our delivery timeline is:

Dhaka Metro: 3 - 5 working days after confirmation of the order. 
Outside Dhaka Metro: 4 - 6 working days after confirmation of the order. 

 

For Bulk Quantity orders (more than 100 pieces), our standard turnaround time is 7-14 working days after the workorder is placed, depending on the order size and customization details. If we need to manufacture the fabric, then additional time may be required.


 

How much is the delivery charge?

 

We rely on Pathao courier services to get your order to your doorstep and our charge is as per Pathao pricing based on Location and Package weight. Since our website is technologically linked with Pathao, the price will be as per their rates and acharges associated with the delivery.

What is COD Charge?
 

COD 1% charge is Cash On Delivery charge. In COD orders, users can pay in cash at the time of the delivery of the product at their doorstep, without requiring them to make any advance payment online. And this amount is charged to us by the courier company (Pathao in our case), when you pay in cash. So, for example, if you pay 500, we receive 495. \

 

Since it is a convenience to the customers/ users, it is now a global E-commerce norm to charge for COD convenience. Even in Bangladesh, it is more common than you think. In many cases, it inside the delivery charge or it is charged in the name of other service fees. 
 


 

How do I place an order? 

 

After finalizing your choice(s), click “Add to Cart” and select your payment options and proceed to check out and follow the instructions.

 

Once you complete purchase process, you'll receive an order confirmation email, with some important details like the order number, the order summary, the total cost, and the chosen shipping address.


 

How can I customize a design?/ Is it possible to customize a design?

Want to Customize a design/ want something awesome that is designed by you or liked by you? Artemis is right here for you.

  • I want to add a text/ image with the existing design: Please click on Upload Image/ Add text button just below your options for the product. Our team will create a mock up (In future you can do it directly) and show you before confirming the order.
  • I want my design to print: Please click on Upload Image/ File just below your options for the product. Our team will create a mock up (In future you can do it directly) and show you before confirming the order.

 



 

What is Artemis' preferred artwork specifications for digital art/ customization?

 

If you are an digital artist by profession or passion, please create your artwork keeping the following specification in mind:

  • Vector image formats: ai, eps, pdf, svg
  • Other image formats: PNG, JPG, JPEG (Resolution 300 DPI). That means, for example, if you want the print size 10" x 10", the file resolution should be 3000 px x 3000 px

 

Please note, we need HIGH RESOLUTION Image (Input) for HIGH QUALITY Print (Output). Please don't be fooled with the view you get on your display because they are often optimized and differ from Prints.

 


 

 

What is the minimum order quantity for customized products?

 

We do not have any minimum order quantity - you can order 1 piece. From 1 piece to Infinity, we have got you covered.


 

Will my design appear exact the same on print/ Will my printed work ever match colors on the site 100%?



Let us be honest here. We ensure 95% - 98% accuracy on print colors. The answer is as simple as - No, It is not technologically possible to match color 100%.

The key reasons (along with many other co-factors) of difference between Prints vs Digital artworks are:

  1. RGB mode of vieweing vs CMYK mode of printing: Consider the color of the viewed item may differ due to RGB mode of viewing on web and display vs CMYK mode of printing, moreover, your display resolution and setting.   2. Printing Method: We use several printing methods and techniques, though all are digital, each differ in terms of working process and technicalities, based on the Printable material. The methods we use for printings are: DTF (Direct to Film), DTG (Direct to Garments), Sublimation, UV, Engraving etc.
  3. Product/ Printable Material: Since the printing method differs due to printable/ product to be printed, the artworks vs prints differ a little based on the same.
    • For example, Paper products like Notebooks and Cards will display a little brighter colors but it won’t be a 100% match.
    • Similarly, for DTF/ DTG printed cotton products will absorb a larger portion of the ink and will print a little muted colors. 
    • Products that are printed using Sublimation (jerseys, mug) will display bright colors pretty well.

Long story short: products are printed using different methods and inks. There will always be color variations between each product and there may even be very slight color variations on the same product printed on different days.




Can I ship different items to different shipping locations?
 

We process one shipping address per order. If you would like to ship to different addresses, please place separate orders.


 

Can I cancel my order?

 

You will get a phone confirmation after you place an order. If you wish, you can cancel that order when you receive our confirmation call. Since, all our products are printed on demand, after confirmation of the order, You may not be able to cancel your order after you agree to receive product on our confirmation call.


 

I have received my product but now I have some issues. How to get a replacement/ refund? 

 

Artemis is a Print-on-Demand Platform. We print each piece with passion and care, only for you, after you confirm the order. Hence, it's a rare case for Artemis where customers get their products dissatisfying.

 

However, sometimes, we may fail to fulfill your expectations, sometimes situations aren't by our side. But we offer a bond of trust between customers and Artemis, So, for further ensuring and encouraging this bond of trust artemispod.com brings you option to return the products you got (If the product is damaged or designed mistakenly). In that case Artemis will give you fresh products in return.

 

Reasons for returns & replacement:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it as long as your item meets the following criteria:

  • It is within 03 Days from the delivery date.
  • All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition.
  • Product is damaged, defective or not as described
  • Size Mismatch of the product (If ordered size matches with our size chart, size mismatch is not considered. Global tolerance limit +/- 1 inch, for Tapestry and Curtain +/- 2 inch).
  • Color Mismatch of the product. Please consider the color of the viewed item may differ due to RGB mode of viewing on web and display vs CMYK mode of printing, moreover, your display resolution and setting.
  • Wrong product sent
  • Please note, Change of mind is not applicable.
     

How to return:

Once we pick up or receive your return, we will do a quality check of the product at our end and if the reason for return is valid, we will replace the product with a new one or we will proceed with the refund.

 

 

Refund Policy:

  • The refund will be processed after we have completed evaluating your return.

  • If the item came with a free promotional item, the free item must also be returned.

  • Replacement is subject to availability of stock with the Supplier. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked.

  • Please note that the cash on delivery convenience charge and the shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.

  • As mentioned above, we print each piece after completion and confirmation of your order. If the product size matches with our mentioned size chart of the product and your ordered size, we will not consider replacement/ return/ refund at any cost.

  • Please note that the Cash on Delivery convenience charge and the shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.

  • If you have selected Cash on Delivery (COD), there is no amount to refund because you haven't paid for your order.

  • For payments made using a Credit Card, Debit Card, Mobile Banking or Bank Transfer, you will receive a refund in your respective.

  • If online payment is made once more due to technical error, payment refund will be made.

  • You will receive a refund anytime between 7-10 working days. If you don't receive refund within this time, please contact us and we shall investigate.

Can I buy digital art files?

 

Sorry, the independent artists' works found on the Artemis marketplace cannot be sold in a digital format.
 



 

Why do prices on Artemis vary so much between similar products?

 

Considering our Excellence Level (Premium Product Quality, Awesome Artworks/ Designs and Supreme Service), We strongly believe - Our price is reasonable and value enduring.

 

Each independent artist sets the price margin of the printed products they sell. That's why the price of the same product type can vary on different designs. Added to that are taxes and the cost of shipping.  Since artists control the price margin of their products and receive the profits from their sales, each purchase you make helps support them and their creative work. 


 

How do I search on Artemis?

 

Shopping on the Artemis marketplace is easy thanks to our handy search bar (located at the top right corner of every Artemis page).

 

Our state-of-the-art advanced search technology, which requires the biggest, most complicated science words to describe, is designed to sift through the millions of independent artists' products to find something just for you. Here are some tips for better search results:

  • If you can’t find what you’re looking for, add additional descriptive words.
  • If your search comes back with no results, be sure to check your spelling and try again.
  • Remember, you can also filter by product and design types.

Where can I find my order history?

 

If you sign up for an account with Artemis (it’s free!), then you can keep track of all of your recent and past orders via the Order History & Status page. In it, you’ll find useful things like:

  • Cost and Destination

Can I send someone a gift directly?

Yes, you can. You’ll just need to enter your gift recipient's shipping address at checkout and give us a note: This order is a gift".

 

Don’t worry - your invoice won’t be included in the package (except for some international orders, where an invoice is attached for customs).

However, unfortunately, if we fail to fulfill your expectations, Artemis brings you option to return the products you got.

We rely on Pathao courier services to get your order to your doorstep as soon as possible and through their system, tracking is always available.

 

However, since it is an interdependent service, the accuracy of information may not be completely right and Artemis does not hold responsibility on the accuracy.

Can you display a different total price on my invoice/Package?

 

Invoice prices cannot be altered in any way. This means the price that you see during check-out is the final price - it cannot be altered for any reason.


 

Can I change the address in my order?

 

Accidentally sent your order to the different address or need to change it?

 

Don’t panic. You can always change it. Kindly contact us via  email/phone. We will update your address and assure delivery ASAP.


Kindly note, since we rely on third party logistrics service (Pathao), additional charge/ days to deliver may apply based on the changes, as per the delivery service provider's rules and policies.
